Paul Lewis, RMT to appear on Daytime talk show

March 12, Toronto, ON – Rogers Cable, a division of Rogers Communications Inc. will be featuring Registered Massage Therapist, Paul Lewis on Daytime for the second time on Monday, March 15, 2010.

After engaging in a recent article about Paul in www.massagemag.com , producer of Daytime, Kim McCleary promptly called the busy RMT to arrange for his first appearance on the show in February.  McCleary was impressed with the fact that Paul’s Multi-lingual In-chair Massage Instructional DVD is nominated for four Telly Awards.

For his second appearance on the show next week, Paul will be demonstrating the ‘Lewis Circles’ exercises.  For over 20 years ‘Lewis Circles’ have been circulating on a case by case basis by word of mouth.  At last, appropriately labeled, they can be discovered on YouTube by the multitudes.  Named for its creator, Paul Lewis B.A, RMT they have been in use since 1987.   This remedial exercise is appropriate for all ages and activity levels.  No equipment is necessary, it doesn’t cost anything, and it’s easy to do.  Basically, the ‘Lewis Circles’ are performed to help with circulation and mobility in the thoracic spine, neck and shoulders.

Having not been named until the filming of his Multi-lingual In-Chair Massage Instructional DVD (2009), Paul formulated his ’Lewis Circles’ two decades ago to facilitate the stretching needs of his fitness clients.  Currently this preventative, maintenance and rehabilitative remedial exercise is used effectively by office workers sitting at a computer desk all day, by truckers or other long distance drivers, by motor vehicle accident victims (MVAs), by therapists and healthcare workers across the disciplines, by athletes, and the list goes on.

Paul’s experience as a dancer, athlete, fitness instructor, and Aikido (Japanese Martial Arts) training has allowed him first hand insight into the intrinsic artistic movements of the body.   His artistic flair, coupled with his technical skills gave him the winning combination to create this safe, effective and fun exercise, ‘Lewis Circles’.  Check it out for yourself on Rogers Daytime Talk Show, Monday, March 15, Cable 20, Channel 10.

Alternately, learn first hand at any of Paul’s workshops, seminars, or conferences in Canada, USA, Japan, China, or England.
