June 28, Sooke, B.C. – LifeForce Pathways announces continuing education credits (CEUs) for foot reflexology certification courses.

This Foot Reflexology course is the certification course as laid out by the Reflexology Association of Canada and is now worth 24 CEUs.

The course consists of 37 hours of classroom instruction, which include an intensive overview of anatomy and physiology combined with hands on teaching of reflexology techniques. A written exam concludes the classroom instruction phase.

After completion of the classroom instruction phase the practicum is undertaken. The practicum consists of 60 full client sessions followed by a practical exam. During the practical sessions students will work up 3 case histories on clients.

Once 40 of the 60 practicum sessions have been completed the student will attend a mandatory review. At this review case histories will be presented and charting will be reviewed. The intent of the mandatory review is to insure that students are on track with charting and to for colleagues to share what they have been discovering in the treatments that they have been given.

After completing the mandatory review students are encouraged to begin charging their clients for the remaining sessions at the student rate of $20.00 per session, recouping $400 of their initial tuition fees.

The practicum part of this course can be a great business building tool while you train!
