CMTBC welcomes new registrar and CEO
The College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) has announced the appointment of a new registrar and CEO, Eric Wredenhagen.

Eric Wredenhagen “Wredenhagen is a collaborative and engaging leader who has had a distinguished career as a lawyer focusing on professional regulation and administrative law,” CMTBC said in a statement.
In addition to his legal practice, Wredenhagen has served as discipline counsel for the Law Society of British Columbia, in-house legal counsel for the BC College of Teachers, and director of legal services for the Real Estate Council of BC.
CMTBC’s deputy registrar, Annette Ruitenbeek, will serve as Interim registrar until Wredenhagen officially assumes his new role on July 1st.
Meanwhile, CMTBC board chair, Catherine Ryan has been re-elected for a second term.
