With this, our eighth issue, we kick off a third year in print for Massage Therapy Canada magazine. I’d like to thank everyone who has supported the magazine from the very beginning and would also like to take this opportunity to welcome any of you who may be new readers.

From day one, our mission has been to produce a magazine that is relevant to, and reflective of, the massage therapy community. From all indications, we are meeting our objective. Your feedback has been extremely positive and we thank you for your kind words and continued support.

In this issue, our featured article looks at treatment for amputees. We’re sure you’ll find the feature informative and hope that it provides you with added confidence when caring for these unique clients.

In our last issue, we incorrectly identified the writer on our story about massage therapy and steer wrestlers. The article was, in fact, written by Mavis Wahl, RMT. Sorry about the bum steer, Mavis!

As always, we invite you to write or e-mail us with your thoughts. We look forward to hearing from you!
