The Back Ball is designed to address the very specific problem of how to place the tennis ball correctly so that it puts direct pressure on the muscle knot that is the target without causing strain and without the frustration of missing the mark or dropping the ball. The Back Ball solves this problem simply and very successfully.
The tennis ball is securely sewn into a 100 per cent cotton sheath. Finger holds are then added to both ends of the sheath. This design allows the individual to have complete control over the placement of the tennis ball. No more straining. No more frustration. Just relief.

The Back Ball is machine washable and may be hung to dry. It requires no batteries or electricity. It is light-weight, folds up into a very small unit and may be tucked into any suitcase, briefcase, purse, backpack or carry-on luggage. It has no moving or mechanical parts. It is hand made in British Columbia. It is attractive and easy to use and works wonderfully as a self help aid between professional treatments.
The Back Ball has been used for self-massage, back muscle knot relief, hip muscle knot relief and by expectant moms while in labour. It can be used against a door, a wall, a chair/seat back, on the floor or just by applying pressure using the finger holds.
