Care Point Gold WholeHealth in Yaletown is seeking a dynamic, service oriented and entrepreneurial Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our amazing team. We are one of Canada’s well established, innovative medical clinic that provides highly personalized and compassionate care to its clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a team that provides exceptional, holistic healthcare and focuses on exceeding each client's expectations


·       Draw on customer service skills to offer warm greetings to clients and engage in conversation to determine the services that they need

·       Assist clients by providing complete products and services knowledge. This includes sharing knowledge of different types of available massages and suggesting appropriate massage therapies for individual clients

·       Optimize experience by proactively engaging with the clients, explaining massage procedures and sharing information about products used, during the massages

·       Collaborate with clients in preparing them for the massage sessions. This includes providing gowns, putting away clothing, and frequently checking with them [clients] to ensure comfort.

·       Confer with clients’ PCPs, physiotherapists and chiropractors to determine proper massage procedures

·       Monitor and maintain highest cleanliness standards with exceptional attention to detail

·       Accurately prepare documentations and responsibly maintain clients database including demographic information, medical histories and appointments

Requirements for the position:

·       Registered Massage Therapist certification

·       Minimum one year of experience as a RMT practitioner or in a high-standard customer service environment preferred

·       Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills

·       Superior ability to connect with clients and make them feel cared for and comfortable

·       Able and willing take initiative to take charge of a situation

·       Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.  

·       Ability to work independently or as a team

·       Superior communication skills and command of the English language (other languages considered an asset)

·       Proficient with computers and software including: Microsoft Office
