CMTO will take renewals online
July 22, Toronto — The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario registration renewal process is going paperless.
Effective September 2014, the renewal process will be exclusively offered online. Reminders will be sent to all registrants over the next 18 months, and posted on the CMTO website and published in the TouchPoint newsletter.
The CMTO reports that only six per cent of registrants continue to renew by paper, and that "significant" resources are directed to "resolving the errors that arise only with the paper version of the renewal process."
