INCAM research symposium highlights patient-centred care

The INCAM Research Symposium, to be held on Toronto on Nov. 18 and 19, will showcase high quality research on complementary and integrative medicine, and health care. Researchers and clinicians from across North America will come together to network and create new opportunities for research.

The program will feature keynote speakers, an integrative patient-centred care panel (international experts share their experiences of practicing integrative health care), poster and oral research presentations, specialized workshops and a networking reception.

Special Interest Groups are formed within INCAM members who share an interest in a particular research topic and who want to collaborate on a research related project.

The massage therapy special interest group will meet during the symposium to network, disseminate results from group projects, and discuss potential new projects and next steps.

The 2016 INCAM Research Symposium will be held at the Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville in Toronto.
